The house nestles in a tropical orchard with a variety of fruit trees, in a typical rural atmosphere, yet offers easy access to centre of Trivandrum city. This Homestay has been approved by the Govt. of Kerala and has been given DIAMOND Class classification by the Department of Tourism.
The name Kilithara means ‘birds paradise’, not a misnomer as you can often watch a variety of birds at dawn. A few days stay here can be an unforgettable experience which will be etched your memory forever.
 
We offer the entire top floor of the house, measuring close to 200 sq.m.
It boasts two air conditioned, well furnished, spacious rooms; both have en-suite bathrooms.
There is no dearth of space as the common areas include a lounge, dining space, kitchenette, patio and a vast open balcony.
